Inspired by the amazing weather we’ve been getting here lately – tempered norcal winter weather, you just can’t beat it! Take this on at any set of stairs you can – my advice would be Lyon St., Coit Tower (the MOST HARD EVER), or the Broadway steps for you San Francisco dwellers.
1 Minute double-jump burpees
1 Minute pushups
1 Minute Pulse Squats
1 Minute Walking plank (start in plank, walk your hands out right, back to center, left, center…repeat)
SPRINT the stairs to the top
…repeat as many times as you can! I recommend 4. Simple, but I promise you’ll be left in a sweaty mess!
