This is totally random, a good variety, and a great way to spend 30 minutes! I like to keep things going and mix it up (I tend to get really bored, really easily).
Jumping Jacks, 1 minute
Side lunges on the TRX, 1 minute
SET 1 – 1 minute each exercise
Overhead Squats (off TRX)
Squat to Row
Pulse Lunges, alternating legs (holding TRX)
SET 2 – 10 each exercise
TRX Lunge – Right leg (foot goes in foot cradle, face away from anchor)
Push-ups in TRX
(switch to Left leg)
10 rows @ deepest incline possible
TRX knee-to-elbow plank, 10 each side
TRX Oblique Crunches – 10 each side
Tabata – Burpees!
