ROUND 1
High Knees – 1 minute
Curtsy Lunge – 1 min each side
Speed squats – 1 min
Single leg squat to Single leg lunge – 1 min each side
High Knees – 1 minute
Mtn climbers – 30 sec slow, 30 sec fast (x2)
Side plank – 3 rounds, 20 sec each side
30 seconds pikes x 2
ROUND 2
Runners lunge – 1 min
Chest press – 1 min
Runners Lunge other side – 1 min
Chest press – 1 min
High knees – 30 sec
Mtn Climbers – 30 sec
Repeat!
