Today’s sweat session brought to you by a workout called “Those Burpees Suck” (And they do).

We warmed up with a kettlebell set from a Gym Jones workout, then conquered this puppy. Enjoy!

Warmup:

2 Rounds Barbell Complex with a 45# bar:

  • 6x deadlift
  • 6x bentover row
  • 6x hang clean
  • 6x front squat
  • 6x push press
  • 6x back squat

Kettlebell/Goblet squat Ladder (35# KB)

5 – 10 – 15 – 10 – 5

*do KB swings then goblet squats, move up the ladder then back down

Main Set – “Those Burpees Suck”:

  1. 10 Pull-ups
  2. 20 KB swings (35#)
  3. 30 Box Jumps
  4. 40 Push-ups
  5. 50 Sit-ups
  6. 60 burpees
  7. 10 Pull-ups
